What I collect, and what I do not
There are no accounts, no forms and no comments on this site, so I do not ask you for your name, email address or any other personal details. I do not sell personal data.
Data stored in your browser
The games save your best scores, your sound setting, your choice of one or two players in Wing Duel and your cookie choice in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and is not sent to me or to anyone else. It is needed for the games to work as you expect, so it does not need your consent. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
Server logs
The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like any web server, it records technical data about each request, such as your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser type. This is used to keep the site secure and working. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in running a safe website. The hosting provider keeps these logs for a limited period under its own policy.
Analytics
I use Google Analytics 4 to see in general terms how many people visit, which games they play and the final score of each game. It is off by default. It only loads if you press Accept in the cookie notice, and the legal basis is your consent. When it is on, Google sets cookies and receives information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device and browser. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Advertising
This site may display advertising served by Google (AdSense). Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads, including personalised ads based on your visits to this and other websites. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, this only happens if you give your consent through a consent message. You can manage personalised ads in Google's ad settings, opt out of some third-party vendors at aboutads.info, and read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Google may process data in the United States and other countries, under the safeguards described in its own privacy terms.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, write to hello@wingsandhornsgames.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority. In Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Children
The site is for a general audience and is not aimed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will change too. You can read more about the cookies used in the cookie policy.
